SPHERE BRIDAL GALLERY — SEPTEMBER 20% OFF PROMOTION

1. Promotional Period

The promotion runs from 29 August 2026 until 30 September 2026, inclusive, unless otherwise stated by Sphere

Bridal Gallery.

2. Appointment Required

To access the promotional discount, brides must attend a bridal appointment at Sphere Bridal Gallery during the

promotional period. The 20% promotional discount is linked to the bride’s appointment and is valid for 24 hours

from the scheduled commencement time of that appointment.

3. Securing the 20% Discount

To secure the promotional price, the bride must confirm her gown order and pay the required Sphere Bridal Gallery

deposit within the applicable 24-hour period. Once the required deposit has been received within this period, the

20% promotional discount will be applied to the eligible gown order.

4. Expiry of the 24-Hour Offer

If the required deposit is not received within 24 hours of the bride’s appointment, the promotional offer associated

with that appointment will expire. The bride may still access the September promotion, provided the promotional

period has not ended, by booking and attending a new bridal appointment. A new 24-hour promotional window will

commence from the scheduled commencement time of that new appointment. The promotional discount cannot be

reinstated outside the applicable 24-hour window without a new appointment.

5. Promotion End Date

All appointments intended to qualify for the promotion must take place during the promotional period. A bride who

attends an eligible appointment on 30 September will retain the applicable 24-hour period to secure her

promotional price, even where that period ends after the promotional period itself.

6. Eligible Orders

The promotion applies only to eligible new gown orders placed with Sphere Bridal Gallery during the promotional

period. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the promotion does not apply to previous purchases or existing orders

and cannot be applied retrospectively. The promotion cannot be combined with any other discount, offer or

promotional code unless expressly approved by Sphere Bridal Gallery. Any designer, gown, accessory, alteration,

rush-order, freight or other exclusions will be disclosed before purchase.

7. Deposits, Orders and Cancellations

Payment of the required deposit confirms the bride’s order and acceptance of Sphere Bridal Gallery’s standard

order Terms & Conditions. Any cancellation, change-of-mind, deposit, alteration, delivery or other conditions

relating to the gown order will be governed by Sphere Bridal Gallery’s standard Terms & Conditions, subject

always to rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these promotional Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or

remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Sphere Bridal Gallery reserves the

right to amend or withdraw the promotion where reasonably necessary, provided doing so does not affect any

promotional discount already validly secured by a customer or otherwise limit rights available under applicable law.
